CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 25% cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect the time of all clients and allows us to fill open appointment slots when possible. Thank you for your understanding and support!
